The Platform is exclusively owned, designed, developed, operated, managed, and maintained by the Company. It operates under the directorial authority of its duly appointed directors, Mr. Satyasundar Panigrahi (DIN: 10541574) and Mr. Shuvam Panda (DIN: 10541575), both appointed with effect from 08 March 2024. Trademark & Brand Protection

CHERRY GLITZ is a duly registered trademark of Cherry Glitz Private Limited and is protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, allied intellectual property laws, and applicable international principles. The CHERRY GLITZ name, associated logos, symbols, taglines, colour schemes, and brand identifiers form part of the Company's protected intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use, imitation, reproduction, adaptation, misrepresentation, or commercial exploitation of the CHERRY GLITZ mark or associated brand assets, whether in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent. Such unauthorised use may constitute trademark infringement and may attract civil and criminal action under applicable Indian law.

Section III

Intellectual Property Rights

All content accessible on or through this Platform, including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, illustrations, artwork, product images, source code, software, aggregated data, arrangement, selection, and overall look and feel, is the sole and exclusive property of Cherry Glitz Private Limited and/or its licensors. Such content is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable laws in force in India.

No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse engineered, transmitted, distributed, published, displayed, licensed, downloaded, or exploited in any manner, electronically or otherwise, without the Company's prior express written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Prohibited Activities & Cybersecurity

Any unauthorised access to, interference with, alteration of, disruption of, or damage to this Platform, its servers, associated systems, networks, or databases, including attempts to gain access to restricted areas, is strictly prohibited. Such conduct may amount to an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, and other applicable cybersecurity and data protection laws of India.

Cherry Glitz Private Limited reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to appropriate law enforcement authorities and to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against any individual or entity engaging in such activity. The Company may also seek injunctive relief, damages, recovery of costs, and any other equitable or legal remedies available under applicable law.

Disclaimer of Liability

The content and information on this Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or performance. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and all matters arising out of or relating to access to or use of this Platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Company is registered under the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Cuttack (ROC Cuttack), under the RD Hyderabad, Southeastern Region Directorate.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Platform, its content, or this Legal Notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Odisha, India. By accessing or using this Platform, the user agrees to submit to that jurisdiction and waives any objection to venue in those courts.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of this Platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Legal Notice and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If the user does not agree with any provision of this Legal Notice, they must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
