Cherry Glitz Customer Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern the use of Cherry Glitz, a beauty and wellness marketplace that connects customers with independent beauty partners (salons, spas, nail studios, tattoo artists, makeup artists, hairstylists, etc.). Cherry Glitz is a technology intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Bookings are confirmed upon receiving notification. Payments are handled via Razorpay.
Customer cancellations: more than 12 hours gives a full refund; between 2 and 12 hours carries a 15% fee (85% refund); within 2 hours or no-shows carries a 20% fee (80% refund). Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment without charges. Reviews must be genuine. Cherry Glitz's liability is capped at the past 3 months of payments.
